THE PAIRING
I made a crispy hashbrown steak bowl for breakfast the other day! The Calabrian chili spice blend on the steak gave it incredible flavor and the perfect kick of spice. The hot sauce really elevated it too with nice acidity to balance out the dish.

Even though I'm a Chef and cook everyday for a living, I still like to cook for myself a few times a week too. So this steak hashbrown bowl for breakfast was a nice treat!
