THE PAIRING
I made baked mac and cheese and added some Calabrian Chili Spice Blend to the breadcrumbs. 

I feel like most hot sauces go with everything, except for pasta. I love how MOTO specifically elevates any kinda noodle on top of everything else.

My fathers side is Italian-American and he has always liked spicy Italian food and we grew up eating pasta, eggplant parm, and Italian sausage multiple times a week.

THE SPOT
I made the mac and cheese in my kitchen. I love NYT Cooking and live or die by those recipes. If I’m not home, you might find me at any coffee shop that has Dark Matter.
